Ingredients

1.5oz Stadaconé noir
0.5oz rice vinegar shrub
1 or 2 cipollini onions (garnish)

Preparation

Chill a martini glass. Incorporate the gin and the shrub in the glass. Add the cipollini onions for garnishing on a small stick. Cheers!

Shrub Preparation
For the shrub, in a bowl of hot rice vinegar, add 100g of sugar. Stir until the mix is homogeneous. Let it cool.
