Ingredients

2oz Stadaconé noir
1.5oz Clamato
0.25oz Worcestershire sauce
0.25oz hot sauce
1oz stout beer
Onion salt and sugar
1 slice of beef jerky

Preparation

a Mason jar, add ice, gin, Clamato, Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of hot sauce. Top up with beer. Garnish with beef jerky or pickles and olives. Cheers!

Rim of salt and sugar
Humidify the upper part of the glass with water or a slice of lime. Dip the glass in a mix of onion salt and sugar.
