Pumpkin Mule


For the cocktail
3oz Stadaconé noir
Pumpkin purée
Ginger liqueur

For the pumpkin purée
3 cups small cubes of pumpkin
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
3/4 cup maple syrup


In a shaker, shake well the gin with the pumpkin purée and the ice. Pour in a cocktail glass and add the ginger liqueur. Cheers!

Pumpkin purée
In a pan, cook the pumpkin for 20 minutes in butter, then add sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well, and let it cool. Blend everything until the mix is liquid.
