Ingredients
1oz Stadaconé noir
1oz green tea syrup
1oz lemon juice
1 drop of plum bitters
2oz carbonated water
A few Grand Marnier drops
Thyme (garnish)
Preparation
In a shaker, add gin, green tea syrup, lemon juice, and a few drops of bitters. Mix, then pour the liquid in a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top up with carbonated water. Add a few drops of Grand Marnier. Garnish with thyme. Cheers!
Green Tea Syrup
Infuse 25g of green tea in 500mL of hot water. Add 100g of sugar, and stir until the mix is homogeneous. Let it cool.
