Mixologue
Ingredients
1.5oz Stadaconé noir
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5oz simple syrup
6 to 8 cubes of honeydew melon
1 teaspoon of pink peppercorn
Preparation
Crush the melon and the pink peppercorn with a pestle in the shaker. Add the gin, the lime juice and the simple syrup. Incorporate ice and mix well. Filter the liquid by pouring in the cocktail glass. Add a few shells of the crushed pink peppercorn. Enjoy!
