Ingredients
1oz Stadaconé noir
0.5oz vanilla syrup
0.5oz egg white
0.5oz lemon juice
Carbonated water
1 vanilla bean
Orange zest
Preparation
In a shaker, add the gin, the vanilla syrup, the lemon juice and the egg white. Mix everything for one minute. Add an ice cube in the shaker and shake until the ice completely dissolves. Pour the content in a cocktail glass and top up with carbonated water. Garnish with a vanilla bean and orange zest. Cheers!
Vanilla Syrup
Infuse two vanilla beans in 500mL of hot water. Add 100g of sugar, and stir until the mix is homogeneous. Let it cool and remove the beans.
