1.5oz Stadaconé rouge
0.5oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
7 mint leaves
1oz lemon juice
3/4oz simple syrup or maple syrup
Red fruit syrup
Red fruit jam


In a shaker, incorporate ice, gin, elderflower liqueur, mint leaves, lemon juice, and the maple syrup. Shake well. Filter the content and pour in a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with tonic. Add a little bit of red fruit syrup to give contrast to the cocktail. Garnish with jam. Serve.
