Ingredients
1oz Saronia
2oz vodka
Passion fruit pulp (or other fruit)
Thyme
Carbonated water
Preparation
In a shaker, mix vigorously the vodka, the passion fruit (can be replaced by lemon or another fruit), and Saronia).
Add thyme. Top up with carbonated water if you wish for a softer taste.
