Ingredients
1.5oz Stadaconé rouge
1oz lychee juice
0.5oz lime juice
1oz cranberry juice
1oz carbonated water
4 leaves of mint
Bitters (like Peychaud’s Bitters)
Raspberries
Preparation
In a shaker, add ice, gin, lychee juice, lime juice, cranberry juice, and mint leaves. Mix vigorously. In a cocktail glass, add ice and pour the shaker’s content while filtering. Add a few drops of bitters and garnish with mint leaves and raspberries. Cheers!
