1oz Stadaconé rouge
0.5oz lemon juice
0.5oz green tea syrup
Carbonated water
Mint leaves (garnish)


In a shaker, add ice, gin, lemon juice, green tea syrup and two mint leaves. Shake. In a glass filled with ice, pour the liquid. Top up with carbonated water. Add a mint leaf to garnish. Cheers!

Green Tea Syrup
Infuse 25g of green tea in 500mL of hot water. Add 100g of sugar, and stir until the mix is homogeneous. Let it cool.
