Grenadine Heart


1.5oz Stadaconé rouge
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup
2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
Carbonated water
Rosemary and pomegranate arils (garnish)


Cocktail Preparation
Mix the gin, the lemon juice, the simple syrup, and the pomegranate juice in a shaker with ice, and mix vigorously. Pour in a glass filled with ice. Fill the glass with carbonated water and stir gently.
Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate arils, then enjoy!

Rosemary Simple Syrup
Boil one cup of water with one cup of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add 1-2 rosemary sprigs and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the rosemary and refrigerate the syrup.
