3oz Stadaconé Rouge
1.5oz ginger syrup*
10oz hot water
0.5oz lemon juice
Slice of lemon and clove (garnish)
*For the ginger syrup, prepare a simple syrup and add ginger: simply boil one cup of water and add one cup of sugar, as well as a few slices of fresh ginger. Stir until the liquid thickens, let it cool and the job’s done!
Mix with a spoon all the ingredients in a warm cup. Garnish with a slice of lemon and clove. Drink while it’s hot!
